Due to the nature of certain artistic processes, some works may take longer to complete to ensure quality and standards.

In the case that an item will take longer than 7-10 business days to handle before shipping, we will reach out to you. Typically pieces in this category would be either larger, an atypical medium (acrylic mounted, metal, etc), or commissions.

If you need something expedited, reach out to us about your order, and we can work with you to best suit your timetable.

If a box arrives damaged, you must photograph the package before opening, and then photograph the image showing damage once opened. In order to file a claim, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt.

To ensure your protection, and the authenticity of each piece, any products of $350 of value or more will have a signing upon delivery requirement by default. We do this to ensure secure and safe delivery!

International shipping on per piece basis. Customs fees may be incurred by your country upon receipt. From My Seat and David Stratford are not responsible for customs fees and such.
